The values listed herein are based on the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Revised Schedule of Zonal Values under department orders of the Department of Finance for Tax Purposes. Note that when executing a real estate Deed of Sale, the amount of consideration must not be lower than the Zonal Value as determined by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue as stated herein.
